HortBio Technologies

Our sustainability commitment

Growing a future worth cultivating.

Environmental stewardship is part of how we operate. We work to reduce our footprint through responsible materials, water management and renewable energy.

A growing medium.
A renewable beginning.

Coco coir puts a coconut-derived resource to work in horticulture. Turning this material into growing media is only one part of our commitment — the way we process and package it matters too.

Responsible water management

Rainwater harvesting supplies water for coir processing. Wastewater is treated through reverse osmosis and recycled back into production, reducing reliance on fresh water.

Renewable energy

Solar-powered lighting and rooftop solar panels provide clean energy for our facilities. Battery storage helps make use of excess energy.

Recyclable materials

We prioritize recycled paper and plastic in packaging. Our durable plastic grow bags are designed for recyclability, supporting growers in reducing waste.

Our pledge

Transparency. Innovation. Collaboration.

We continue to seek ways to reduce our environmental impact, share our progress and work with growers and partners toward more sustainable horticulture.
